Sarah Oliver
Sarah’s journey in the property industry began in 2012 aged 19 as a Junior Negotiator, and within a remarkably short period, she climbed the ranks to become a Branch Manager for one of the UK’s most successful corporate Estate Agency Groups. Driven by hard work, dedication and a customer centric approach, she transformed a struggling branch in Southsea with a poor reputation into a well-recommended and thriving hub. Under her leadership, the branch experienced a remarkable income swing of over +£100,000 in her first year.
After seven years at that group, Sarah embarked on a new adventure at an Independent Estate Agent in the Meon Valley Area, where her passion for property elevated her to even greater heights selling at the higher-end of the property market including properties with stables, swimming pools and acreage!
When not finding clients their dream home, Sarah is normally at home fussing over the cutest dog in the world – Honey! Living locally in Portsmouth, and having grown up in Horndean and Waterlooville, Sarah’s local knowledge is invaluable

Hi, I'm Ellen, the sales manager here at Sold By. I have been an estate agent covering Portsmouth and the surrounding areas or a number of years, bringing a large understanding of the highs and lows of estate agency, and I genuinely love what I do. Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident, my favourite part of being an estate agent is meeting new people and helping clients find their dream homes.
Katelan Meredith
Hi, I'm Katelan, the sales agent for Sold By my interest in property began early, after moving from Sheffield to Portsmouth at the age of seven and experiencing several home moves. What started as an obsession with Rightmove became a career path when I left college during Covid and stepped into estate agency.
Since then, I’ve spent almost five years working across areas from Hayling Island to Angmering, gaining a strong understanding of both city and village markets. New build sales gave me valuable insight into conveyancing and construction, but my passion lies in valuing homes locally and supporting clients through important moves.
I’m committed to helping modernise an industry that’s ready for change, guided by my core values of efficiency, honesty and passion, and a mindset of always going the extra mile.
Outside of work, I enjoy competitive cheerleading, beach and Baffins dog walks, and travelling with my partner, Dean.
